Introduction

UN 410 is a N/P system halogen free masterbatch . It is based on Ammonium Polyphosphate and synergists .

The masterbatch can be used in EPDM , TPE , PE ,TPU for cables , automotive parts , cable connectors etc.

Usages:

This product can be used to give flame retardant properties to PE , EPDM rubber , TPU rubber , TPE etc . or extrusion process for tubes.

The product is recyclable and completely halogen-free (HF) .

Asuggested Loading level:

According to applications ：from 10 to 28%

18％PE electric connectors ， DIN VDE 0613 Teil2－1

15％ for PPH sheets ， automotive MVSS 302 （3.2mm）

25％ for HDPE sheets ， MVSS 302 （3.2mm）

Application :

Mainly used in TPE and TPU halogen free flame retardant applications .

Maximum process temperature 220C .
